Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

In order to provide you a hassle-free shopping experience we provide only exchanges if the product is damaged & or you have size fitting issues.

  • Exchanges are eligible within 3 days after receiving the package. (This means once you receive your order you have 3 days to file an exchange/return)
  • Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on used clothing, due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • Please use a Standard Shipping Pouch or Flyer with a weight limit of 2 kgs and 40×30 cm size dimensions for returning the items.
  1. Once the exchange request is received and approved, we will send you a shipping label to return the items within 2-3 days.
  2. After the return items are received in the warehouse, they will go through a rigorous quality check which might take up to 7 working days.
  3. Once the items pass the quality check, we will send you the new size incase of fitting issues or issue you a store credit for damaged items, The Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  4. You may either use the store credit coupon to order the size that suits you or you can order another item of your choice by paying the difference, if any.
  5. The items you will purchase with the store credit might be subject to shipping fees at the checkout depending on your order value. .

General Conditions Applicable To All Exchanges

ULLTOR shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions.

The customer shall not be entitled to an exchange or refund if the product is not eligible for return.

In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. If the customer does accept the shipment, the package will be sent for liquidation and the customer will not be able to request for the delivery of the product again.

Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (Item that does not belong to ULLTOR) will be the responsibility of the sender, not ULLTOR. We’ll always do our very best to help out in returning incorrect package but offer no guarantee. 

If you exchange/return meets the above criteria only then the return process will proceed.

REFUNDS POLICY 

  1. We Do Not Provide Refunds in any case.
  2. Although if you have received Damage / Missing / or Wrong product then your order will be eligible for exchange that also after proper unboxing video.
  1. We Need Proper Unboxing Video i.e From Seal package till damage is shown in video without any cut.
  2. Without any unboxing Video or if Video is in proper not even major damage will be entertain at any cost.
  3. Unboxing Video should be sent within 48hrs after receiving the parcel.
  4. Once you are eligible for Exchange we will send you Shipping Label from our side and you have to pack Damage items just like you received and send it to us.
  5. Once we receive damaged item then only new parcel will be dispatched from our side.
